Therefore, I was surprised to discover when I got my RP2+ yesterday, the Vulkan backend wouldn’t run without constantly crashing or freezing. Well, yesterday my phone got the infamous update and it is as bad as people paint it, OpenGL got a little faster but Vulkan got less than half the speed it had before.

Same happens when I try to run a game. It is a free and open source, community-developed project.

Dolphin is a very demanding program, so configuring Dolphin the right way is very important to run titles smoothly.

Vulkan works so much better on Intel graphics.

You should be using Direct 3D 12 anyway, it will be the fastest and most compatible for Intel GPUs.
